Creel Committee Seeks Volunteers for 60th Anniversary Edition

The Flyfishers’ Club of Oregon will have 60 years of history to celebrate in 2021. A small group of members, including Dr. Mark Metzdorff, Rich Fitterer, John Pyrch, Lisa Hansen, and Jim Hillas are working to develop a new issue of The Creel to commemorate the excellent literary contributions from members over the years. The group is scouring past issues of the Flyline and The Creel to select submissions worthy of revisiting. In addition, new material is sought for the project. If you would like to join the Creel Committee to contribute to this special literary undertaking, please contact Dr. Mark Metzdorff or John Pyrch.

Virtual Meetings Set Into Spring 2021

Program Chair Mike Radakovich has worked hard to line up speakers to keep us engaged as a Club while we are unable to meet in person. Mike will bring us some of our favorite guides and fly shop friends to share their take on new gear and effective techniques for fishing our local rivers. The meetings are fun, free, and interactive. Please sign up and join fellow members in the comfort and safety of your home.
