Anyone is welcome to visit this collection ( the archives need advance notice as they are located in a secure location elsewhere in the building). Everyone who uses the collection during the libraries open hours must register at Central Library’s Periodical Desk with a photo ID. The libraries open hours are: Tuesdays 3:30-7; Wednesdays 2:30-5:30; Fridays 10-2; and Saturdays 1:30-5:00.
