Welcome Back Dave!
Former member, former Fly Fisher Foundation President, and former Program Chair Dave Moskowitz has re-joined as a member. Dave’s interests include steelhead and trout fishing, Deschutes River, wild native fish policy, conservation and advocacy. He has been particularly focused on the challenges facing Columbia River steelhead.
