I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the casting ponds picnic on August 14th. If you haven’t registered please do so on the website. This event is hosted by our club so there is no cost, but we need a head count for food. Several local Fly Shops will be joining us for casting games and rod demos. Bring your favorite rods as this is a great opportunity to get some free casting pointers from our experienced members and Fly Shop guides. And don’t forget to bring your own beverage of choice.
After successfully getting my Brazilian visa, I am in count down for our Amazon fishing trip. Ross has been tying dragon tail flies like a mad man.

The gear fondling is out of control and several new purchases seemed justified. Spending a week in a Brazilian fishing lodge with 16 Brazilians should bring me home with some entertaining stories and photos.
The new website has many new gallery photos. We would like to update this monthly with your trips and fishing photos. Please send the photos to me with the location and we will get those added to the gallery.
