Jim Carmin is the Special Collections Librarian at the Multnomah County Library. Jim's presentation will focus on the highlights of the Ed Francis Collection of Fly-Fishing Books, which is housed at the Multnomah County Library. He will also talk about some features of the archives, and the most recent acquisitions made possible by members of the Flyfishers’ Club of Oregon. We have all heard about this amazing collection, now we have a chance to learn more!

In this presentation you'll get a glimpse inside the new book Tactical Fly Fishing: Lessons Learned from Competition for All Anglers. Devon will teach the when, why, and how of angling different water types within a river as he has learned from 13 years of competing with Fly Fishing Team USA.

If it swims in Washington's salt waters he will gladly fish for it.

Dave Hughes, will present notes on a fly fishing liar’s life; some confessions; and some stories involving members of the Fly Fisher’s Club of Oregon, past and present.

George Krumm is the editor of both Fish Alaska and Hunt Alaska and writes the Stillwater Fly Fishing column in Fish Alaska. He has wandered and fished all over Alaska and is a great resource. He presented to the club last February on Alaska's trophy stillwater fishing. We welcome him back this year to present "Naknek Fall Rainbows".

Join us to hear about the fly fishing opportunities on the Lower Mckenzie and Middle Fork Willamette outside Eugene. Learn about access points, hatches and flies for these two underutilized fisheries.
