The types of fish most pursued fresh and salt: Freshwater fish trout, steelhead, salmon, bass. Saltwater prey: bonefish, permit, tarpon. Basic entomology focused on fresh water: impressionistic and imitative types of flies. (with interest a brief discussion of saltwater flies). Intro to fly tying and tying equipment. With time, review and practice casting basics.
